• All suites have a perfectly equipped kitchenette or kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, as well as eating and cooking utensils.
• Satellite TV, safe, wellness bag with cozy bathrobe and slippers and high-quality body care products (shampoo, shower gel, soap) grant you the best comfort.
• Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, detergents, and tea towels all included.

• The room prices are per night and per suite for two people. For each additional guest, we charge an additional 45.00 euros per day. Children up to 2 years stay free.
• The local tax of Scena - 3,80 € per person/day from 14 years for the night (accommodation) in Scena is not included in the price.
• We charge 50.00 euros for the final cleaning of the suite.
• Pets are only allowed by special request. The daily supplement is 20 euros.
• Please note: Winzerhöhe is a non-smoking house.

We ask for your understanding that we will charge (invoice) reserved suites in the case of no-show or late arrival or early departure. 

• More than 2 months before the start of the trip: no cancellation fee
• 2 months to 1 month before the start of the trip: 40% of the booking value
• 1 month to 1 week before the start of the trip: 70% of the booking value
• In the last week before the start of the trip: 100% of the booking value

When booking, a deposit of 300 Euro must be paid by credit card. Which in the event of cancellation remains entirely with the accommodation company. The remaining amount will be paid directly on site. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.

• The Basic Package includes the price of accommodation, all-inclusive services, and the cleaning of the suite every third/fourth day (except kitchen). The final cleaning is not included.

• The Premium Package (plus 60 euros per day & apartment / 2 pers) includes the price of accommodation, all-inclusive services, and our gourmet breakfast with regional products and homemade delicacies, served on the sun terrace or in the lounge. Daily cleaning of the suite (except kitchen) and final cleaning are also included in the price.
